You can upload spots once you're back in internet range. At the bottom of the new (white) database
page there is a link to the old (black) database. Use the 'utility' in the upper right corner to
upload your ALL_WSPT.TXT located in the WSPR(x) folder. I've done this many times ... it works
without a hitch.
