[Lowfer] LF signals in NE IL

Garry, Mitch & All: VLF last nite I was able to copy MSKs on 18.3, 19.6, 
20.3, 21.4, 21.8,22.1 23.4, 37.5,45.9, 63.8(?),  and DCF77 on 77.5 kHz.
(900# gorilla MSKs & time stns omitted). The RAY-6 mixer is a noticeable 
improvement on the low end....

I will have to try for 19.8 on sunrise some morning....
