Eric: Yep! I went through the LF converter and cleaned all the connectors
tonite. Perhaps it helped. I may try running the OCXO w/o the 3dB pad.
There is a chance it has one internally.....
I measured the 3.0MHz level on the IF output port through the diplexer and
it was 2050uV (-40.75 dBm), so I seem to have enough safety margin to run a
higher mixer LO drive level....
