[Lowfer] VE7BDQ overnight WSPR 2

I have been seeing this noise for quite a while, and it is there every 
night.  It looks like a pair of very closely spaced WSPR signals on the 
WSPR waterfall.  I don't see it now, and based on others seeing it 
during the evening also, strongly suggests a propagated noise.  I'll 
have to make some observations this evening when switching around the RX 
array.  In the meantime, have to finish checking all the elements, most 
are tuned too low now, and a couple had top loading wires down.

Other than that interference, I don't think there are any other spots 
with anything consistent or common between listening stations.
