That signal was a pleasant surprise here, too, a few hours earlier!

XXM was so strong as to be capable of AM telephony here, XIQ was fairly 
soid, XJM too, and one decode of XKA.

Notice multiple decodes of XXM (and sometimes XJM) within the same time 
slots, usually separated by multiples of 5 Hz for some reason.  Had less of 
that later, also for reasons unknown, and the signal was cleaner on the 
waterfall display (attached).
