John: So like 1 or 10W into your micro-vertical ? Foggy brain this AM as I
did not notice the +10dBm power level.....

Thanks Mike! Setup was transverter only at reduced supply voltage and
attenuators to get down to needed levels. The U3 had a lousy waveform when
coupled directly to the antenna and the small amp I typically use with it
did not like being starved of voltage to get low enough for the attenuators
I have.
73 and thanks again. As W5EST had some technical issues in addition to
storms in KS, we will try this again once my wx is stable again. Yes, I
realize it nuts running anything less than all I've got this time of year
but it does break up the monotony HI.
73!

JB & All: XIQ was captured several times here in EN90xn. First capture at
0828. Light traces of his WSPR2 signal started showing up occasionally on
the water fall after 0500
but no decode until the 0828 time frame....all copied with the SW EWE
transformer to RX and NE transformer terminated in shack (directive SW)

I was in omni mode from 0300 to 0500 or so listening on the NE transformer
in omni mode and was hearing Radio France International well (Q5)
on 162 kHz on my second receiver and the usual suspects on wspr2. RFI faded
around 0400 or so and Medi 1 peaked Q5 S8 on 171 kHz for half an hour or
so....
Strange decode on wspr2 the other morning around sunrise. Station ID is
obviously incorrect (at least according to QRZ.com) but if someone was txing
at that time and within 3~4 Hz of indicated frequency here is what was
captured.... BF08 looks to be out in the waters of the South Pacific
several hundred miles shy of New Zealand.... Most likely just a fluke signal
capture.
