[Lowfer] Morning lowfer

Thanks for report Garry:   Had finished "cleaning up some of the cabling -
and assumed all was well -
I guess I missed one connection - and although the relay was keying - -
nothing was happening at the
transmitter.  All back on the air again - and seems fine now.
