[Lowfer] LF beacons

Tuned into the lowfer watering hole a bit before local sunrise to catch 
the last day of SJ this season. Conditions were good to the East but not 
good enough to detect anything from TAG. Signal levels are definitely 
down compared to the winter peak, but they're still good enough to copy 
NDB GPI in Columbia on 309 kHz, a 4508 km path.
