If you watch the two parallel lines of ur cursor on the waterfall, try to
keep the signal exactly between the lines. If it does start to decode, then
turn off the AFC so that it will stay put. You might still have to tweak
that position from time to time. It depends on how weak it is.
Hope you at least see some multiple frequency marks dancing around within
about 150 hz of each other.
I might try MFSK8 in another day or two. It is slower but narrower and
should have about a 2 or 3 dB advantage over 16.
I normally just post on the 600m reflector cuz I dont want to bother the LF
guys with my 630m stuff. But I am finding that there are those on this list
that want to know.
