[Lowfer] Navtex overnight

J.B., things definitely have slowed down with the arrival of Spring 
(even though it's snowing here again!). I monitored 518 kHz last night 
with a loop aimed east/west and got messages from area 4 stations 
A,B,C,E,F,G,M,N, and X and area 12 stations C, and W. No area 4 R 
messages so I imagine Puerto Rico is down again. Not sure why area 4 P 
and Q didn't connect - the former is not very active and the last may 
have been stomped out by long-winded N.

474.2 kHz was fairly good again overnight to the West. With an eprobe 
WG2XSV decoded quite a few times.
