[Lowfer] Missing Lowfer reflector

I am experiencing the same sort of issues.. I can send an email to the lowfer list, and there are
times it can take 12 hours before I get it.. I see replies from others before I see the original post
I sent out myself.. Yahoo mail is getting slower, and slower about passing email.. Gmail is not 
as bad, but it is fussy about the older browsers, and wants me to " upgrade my browser "...

 Checked on lowfer.net and see that a few items have passed
 through ( very few ) since then - but definitely not
 appearing on any of my systems.    Have
 re-subscribed - but not sure if that will cure the problem.
