[Lowfer] 29.500+/- kHz in EN52ta

Never did get a decent copy of WH2XBA/4 last night via ARGO/QRSS60, but 
the signal was clearly in there on the spec lab opds2h waterfall. Even 
with a loop aiming error of 45 degrees it seemed good enough for detection.

Because it was so noisy I tuned the eprobe setup to 518 kHz for Navtex 
after midnight. Interestingly, decodes from both East and West came 
through: Astoria, OR around 0740Z and Upernavik, Greenland around 0920Z.
