[Lowfer] Digi sig on 10Mhz?

Jim,

Not much to go on there.

Just above 10100 is a German commercial RTTY station, and on the 30m 
amateur allocation you will hear PSK31, AMTOR, JT65, JT-X, OPERA, etc. 
All of this you are quite likely well aware.

If you are referring to WWV's frequency of 10.000 MHz then what you 
heard was likely the Italian Time signal Italcable which transmits 
second pips, some music and a AFSK time sync just after the minute. They 
also transmit on 15.000 MHz and will send a QSL card for reception 
reports. I hear both signals regularily just hovering beneath WWV

Not a lot detail on their web site however. I did find something that 
detailed the format of their transmission but can't remember where I 
found it.

Search Youtube, you will find a number of videos on the station.
