[Lowfer] Some VLF decodes tonight...

Bob, strange SNR behavior here over night. Got a fairly early opds2h 
detection on your signal but the SNR was much lower than the previous 
night and regular opera didn't even yield a decode. The next round SNR 
was better and the final round SNR was better yet, both yielding opera 
decodes. As SNR rose the spec lab waterfall spread out and the display 
was much broader than usual. This was not apparent on ARGO at QRSS30, 
where the results simply appeared much more solid than at the start. 
Great to see Marcus decoded you again but note that his SNR was down 
from the previous evening too.

After the third round switched to the lowfer calling frequency and noted 
both SJ and TAG. But neither was good copy.

On a separate setup using an eprobe tuned for 518 kHz Navtex got decodes 
from Tofino, BC and Astoria, OR in the 11-12Z hour. Haven't copied area 
12 station W for quite some time so nice to see it back.
