Early opds2h decodes here, -38.7 dB SNR with loop and -39.5 dB with 
eprobe. Thought I fixed the frequency error in the loop software but 
still see the same +0.024 Hz offset. Oh well, back to the drawing board. 
No sign of Dex here so far, just a spur that apparently is coming from 
my Windows 7 PC. It shows up whether the loop or the eprobe is attached, 
but doesn't show up when using an XP PC.
