[Lowfer] Audio Noise Floor Measurements on my TS450S

Per the series of tests John Reed has done in The LOWDOWN over the last few
years, it is not unusual for otherwise very good radios to exhibit an
increase in noise floor at the low end of LF. Local oscillator phase noise
is often the cause. Seven dB is not too bad as such tests go, really, but
it would also be interesting to see what the sensitivity is with a
calibrated signal source of very low level.
