[Lowfer] SJ & SIW around sunrise in EN90xn

Thanks for the lowfer capture Mike. Glad to know SIW is still getting 
out of the back yard.

Looked for Dex here too on a second receive setup but nothing noted. As 
the evening wore on it was getting quite noisy here due to a passing 
winter storm. We're see-sawing back and forth between 50 and 10 degree 
days.
