[Lowfer] TACAMO 17.8 kHz et al

I turned up the video gain on SPec lab and sure enough I can see the Tacamo @17.8 but it was within a dB or so of the noise and not clear with my normal settings...  - Ill leave the gain up for a while - it looks like we may have had another flare around 1900Z or so. I see NML has been playing with a different mode too
