Bob, I got home late from a funeral and the furnace was running full 
bore, desensing my VLF reception. Nonetheless, the modified opds code 
(thanks to Marcus) just now detected your signal:

Still waiting on opera to see what it decodes. Next cycle should be 
"clean" so expect more decent SNRs.
