[Lowfer] New OPERA OP/OPDS 2H tonight on 27.945 Dial Freq...

I was expecting second decodes after about 65 minutes but see none.
Since the QRSS30 trace is fine guess Andy's comment about 2-hour
transmission times is right.

No detection via opds64 but if the period is two hours that means the
old way isn't compatible with opera 2H. I guess Markus and others in
Europe have accounted for that but I'm not in the loop.

I have little faith in the opera SNR numbers, and opds results have been
even more suspect. Based on what I see with ARGO QRSS30, the values
should be better than -42 dB. Determining the correct noise floor isn't
easy and since there are storms in the Atlantic around Florida that
doesn't help. Dex and David are closer to that racket so I have an
advantage. Using two setups here - k3siw-1 is a rooftop e-probe and
k3siw-2 is a loop away from the house a bit. They're pretty well matched
in performance at 29.5 kHz, at least tonight. Glad it's a temperate
night because the furnace is shut down. Otherwise I'd probably not copy
anything.
