The radio is on 31.074 KHz LSB. which should put you in the middle at 1575 
Hz audio. It’s a 50 Hz window in Opera so should be good. Your signal looks 
like it took a fade here on Spectran/Argo.

I think window for you would be like 1570 hertz off my freq.  So you should 
park RX on 31.070 lower to be in middle of dial segment.
