first noted activity on 17.8KHz starting around 2014-03-06 20:36 and on 
an off in various modes until 2014-03-06 21:14 and then on 22.7 starting 
around 2014-03-06 22:05 and then off at 2014-03-06 22:21 (all times UTC).

The signal on 17.8 was much stronger than that on 22.7 approx -65 vs -80 
on the Spectrum Lab plot
