[Lowfer] XBA/1 last nite

WH2XBA/1 signal power dropped here as the evening wore on and was about 
the same using either e-probe or loop. Didn't look closely at SNR 
behavior. Should do that in the future. The wideband spectrum didn't 
look bad and noticed HWU here too - but it's hard to keep neighbors TVs 
and microwaves off.
