[Lowfer] No Navtex DX overnight

J.B., I listened after 0400Z and found Puerto Rico quite potent, along 
with Bermuda. Out West, area 12 station Q decoded for threes messages 
beginning 0649Z and station C decoded two messages beginning 0832Z. 
Haven't copied anything from station W for quite some time. Because it 
previously was the best of the bunch wonder if it's down at the moment.

Conditions can't be too bad since as I write this (1428Z) area 4 station 
N is decoding from 1220 km. Usually see DGPS stations from far away in 
daylight but not Navtex stations.
