[Lowfer] Re ; 29.499 QRSS 60

[Zack Widup]

I've been seeing these messages about a new allocation around 30 kHz and
have a feeling I'm missing something. Can someone supply more info or a
link on the new allocation? And what are people using for antennas and
equipment in this new segment?
