Thanks Garry.  I guess that's pretty good considering it's only about 25 
watts.  Something squirrelly happening when I run much more power.

Since your also into the microwave bands I wonder if you have tried 
receiving ADS-B data on 1090 MHz?  Very interesting to see what you can 
receive direct.  Glad to see the US aviation industry finally catching 
up with APRS :)
