Real nice capture!  Noise maybe up as you mentioned but signal appears strong.  
I saw Dex on 29.501 weak but identifiable on Jay's grabber last night.  He will soon be dialed in and with his usual great signal.

Bob, I was away until late but eventually listened with an e-probe so I 
might pick up Dex too. Temperature was below zero here all night (-8 F 
now) so it was "difficult" to keep the furnace blower off, but that's 
necessary to avoid raising the noise floor substantially. I also turned 
off my hifers in case they might be the source of a spur I saw - they 
weren't. The signal was nice and steady on ARGO at QRSS120, slow, even 
on an internally-clocked SDR-IQ, but copy wasn't as good as previous 
times. Perhaps because of the time of night, perhaps because of the 
storm racket from the South.
