[Lowfer] Navtex overnight

J.B., thanks for keeping us appraised of Navtex signals. Listened a bit 
with an e-probe and copied Bermuda and San Francisco here too. The 
latter decoded early (0430Z), stirring some hope but never saw area 12 
W, which had been commonplace a few weeks ago. Did get 8 messages from 
area 12 Q though, spanning 1047-1100Z. At the other end of the spectrum, 
10 meter WSPR signals have been quite lively of late with all 6 
continents decoding through the day. Hope that good propagation moves 
down to LF before the summer storms ruin listening there.
