Here in Fredericksburg VA, halfway between Richmond and DC,  I have noticed
that 29.499 XBA almost totally disappears after dark (except for a sudden
occasional real strong copy of a few parts of the call then again nothing)
to return in the morning.   In the late afternoon/early evening the signal
is very good.  Now at 7 am I can see the signal but only make out the call
because I know what is being sent.
