Paul Nicholson has the best idea for best DX ... if possible straight carrier with 10 mHz shift up
at the top of the hour and then back down at the top of the next hour ... repeating same thereafter.
Make sure the shift is 10 mHz (10 millihertz - .010 Hz) or you may move outside detection range in
some setups. Would be interesting to have your signal on before day > night transition. I'm playing
with 'extreme' accurate frequency measurements today so have an interest in this transmission format
... even though I'm 'close in' and detection is assured ;~) .
