A bust here... I have nothing that is at the moment really capable of receiving that low..
My TS450 will go to 30 KHz, and I can " slide down " with the rit another 2-1/2 KHz,
But the frequency is a big guess, and the radio is pretty much deaf there..
I don't have an upconvertoe to use.. ( it's in the desk drawer in kit form ), and my 
soundcard won't go up that high.. But I did give it a try though..
