[Lowfer] WE2XGR/1 506.3 CW & WE2XEB/2 185.3075 CW

Warren: With narrow filters (300Hz Collins, 100Hz audio dsp) 559 on 506.3 
with S9 QRN peaks at 0430Z in EN90xn. Light QSB, fairly steady signal. On 
185.3075 signal is
339 with rapid fading and peaks and S9+ QRN peaks. Able to copy complete 
call and grid over several minutes of listening. Local power lines seem to 
be buzzing tonite as well.
