[Lowfer] WSPR reporting after-the-fact (was: WSPR2 in SE Kansasovernight)

JD: Yes, it does seem to take awhile. I found that out with captures made on 
137 kHz on the old db. Likely may not show up immediately, but a search the 
next morning of "spots received by" would show them.  Might try looking at 
the "new" database afterwards as well to see if they post there earlier than 
the old db....
