[Lowfer] Tacamo on 17.8

started just after 2100 UTC and continued on and off til 23:41

Also, 27.3 starting around 22:26 while 17.8 was on the air and continues 
on and off and was still on the air at 2014-06-11 00:15

17.8 was quite strong whereas 27.3 was considerably weaker.
