[Lowfer] Calling all NAVTEX Experts

Can anyone confirm the bandwidth and center frequency for NAVTEX 
operations?  Is it an upper sideband signal with audio tones 170 Hz 
apart? If so, how much are the two tones offset from the nominal 
frequency (518kHz)?
  If anyone has a spectrum plot, that would answer all my questions.
