[Lowfer] T/A Alert for 136.172kHz

Jay: Still noisy here local QRN but I have a "good" (by my newbie 
standards~:) copy on Stefan with ARGO on AGC and vis controls mid scale. 
Copy started around sunset with noise & fading but fairly solid now....That 
2N5109 20dB LF preamp design of yours which I homebrewed  from your web site 
info really makes the RAY6 sing along...
