[Lowfer] Mid day MP, EAR, and Unknown in EN90xn

Mitch & Garry:  I see I was off .041 to .042 Hz from Garry's Wolf freq 
measurement this time. If I had chosen what ARGO presented as the next 
higher cal setting  (500.03 vs 499.99)  the result I reported may have been 
closer.  I'll have to look at the ARGO documentation and my sound card 
sampling rate and see if I can come to a better understanding on how to 
tweak things--and/or accept that I'm near the limits of my system stability 
without GPS reference locking....

Tnx for the freq info Garry....Nice to have MP back on the air as a 
consistent reference signal Mitch...
