ARGO only resolves frequency to 2 decimal places. Spectrum Laboratory 
and Wolf can give 3. Glad to see 0.459 showing up with the latter since 
I'm tuning 137380 Hz with a 400 Hz offset. Thus, MP is at 137780.459 Hz, 
just as Jay noted.
