Mitch, thanks for firing up MP again. The frequency quote from Jay must 
have a typo in it. I assume he meant 137779.590 Hz, not 137799.590 +/- 
drift. I've been watching with an SDR-IQ whose clock is tied to GPS. 
Haven't checked the sound card rate for awhile but the attached capture 
indicates 13777.97 Hz and the drift seems to have settled away.
