[Lowfer] LF Lowfer back on the air for the Summer

Solid noontime copy here in SE Kansas as well! Shows up at QRSS3,
albeit broken, and solid enough at QRSS10 for error-free communication.

Only thing is, I'm seeing the signal right at 137,780.4 ...which
wouldn't be unusual in cooler weather, but the receiver is off by 3.6
ppm in the 90+ degree building at the moment, which places the actual
frequency at 137,799.9 by my calculation, plus or minus .05 Hz.

Also seeing a carrier at 137,801.4 (corrected) that is accompanied by a
few messy sidebands spaced a tenth or so Hz apart. Just at the
threshhold of audibility here; sounds as if it's keyed, but is
apparently just random level fluctuations. Anyone else seeing that one?

On my way back to observe some more.
