[Lowfer] Mid-day EAR

Roger That Garry.  Seems like my background noise has been varying as much 
as 10dB through the day even with no storms around at the EAR freq for mid 
July condx......

Nil here in XSH/20 last nite I was pointed NE to XKA unterminated 
(kind-of-omni) with my LF EWE.....
