Another quiet, cool night for LF monitoring in NE IL. Decoded the 3 
active west coast stations as local sunrise neared (WD2XSH/20, WH2XGP, 
and VE7BDQ). Nothing noted from WE2XPQ in AK but see it was decoded by 
Mark in UT. DGPS signals were fairly good from the west with decodes of 
Essex, CA on 298 kHz; Myton, UT on 303 kHz' Austin, NV on 312 kHz; 
Billings, MT on 313 kHz; Spokane, WA on 316 kHz; Richmond, BC on 320 
kHz; and Lompoc, CA on 321 kHz.
