Deleting or renaming often works fine ... until you reboot the computer. If it's run from the
registry (highly likely) the file will be 'recreated' and run each time the computer is rebooted.
You'll need to delete reference to it in the registry. Expect to find it in multiple locations. Use
the registry search tool and make sure to step through 'find next' to get them all.
