[Lowfer] SAQ 'extra transmission' in CT

It's a natural evolution, Dex!  It has interesting history, all kinds of
technical challenges, the most enthusiastic bunch of devotees I have seen
since the first days of Microwave Update, and best of all, I can actually
see the parts I want to assemble without a microscope!
