That is/was /5 Garry.  A wide area around here lost commercial power 
about 8 p.m.  For the past few days a utility contract line crew has 
been replacing lines, cross arms and insulators.  I suspect something 
they did failed  causing the typical shorted line reclosure to cycle 
three times then disconnect at the substation.  About half an hour after 
the failure a bunch of bucket trucks merged in front of a neighbors 
house.  Power restored at 10:30 p.m.  XRS/5 back on.
