Gee, I can't help but to notice that:
As peculiar as it seems, for some reason, extreme weather swings seem
to occur around about every 22 years !! Anyone seem to notice that ??
The last " BIG " weather events here in SE TN was extreme flooding in
1992 that literally washed towns away in Polk County, and extreme cold,
and a Blizzard !! in 1993.. never seen one before, and hope never to again..
There was some pretty good HF DX about that time too.. 
Yuh Know; I figure there has to be some kind of relationship going on with 
that.. hi -hi
