[Lowfer] Iceland Broadcasting Q5 S9++ & DK7FC

Jay & Dex:  Earlier enhancement seems to have faded away.  RFI on 162 is 
Q3~4 at best.  I was hearning Euro 1 earlier on 183 but not now.

    Only getting a letter here and there from DK7FC.  I shut the furnace off 
for awhile to try to quell the thermal sine wave action on the ARGO 
captures, but the temp is falling too fast outside to keep a reasonably 
straight line at QRSS60 w/o ref locking

Perhaps Stefan's sun rise will offer some improvement......
