[Lowfer] WD2XNS now OPERA OP05

Jay;
Tried for 20 minutes to get op to decode but had the dam RXer on LSB.
I tried long back with Mr "G" to give us some range but never heard back. 
Would be great mode like OP1 with DS!   Bob
