[Lowfer] 13 year LDE?

Dex: I've been monitoring .107 since about 2230Z. First nil in NE direction, 
switched SW about 2300UTC, nil that way as well, both directions monitored 
at QRSS30.  Moving up to .109 to see if I can copy XNI
