Perhaps my schedule is out-of-date but 0320Z transmissions should be 
from area 4, station U in Fundy, N.S. and the 0250Z message was probably 
from station R in P.R.. My decodes around that time show R in P.R. at 
0321Z (long-winded to say the least), then U at 0323, 0324, 0325, 0327, 
0327, 0329, 0330, and 0331Z. I have nothing from NMG until 1302Z and 
only then because I shifted to reverse tones. If you really meant 
station NMH that was probably Prescott, ON, not New Orleans.
